Requia Gray

Requia Gray started to working in the credit repair industry at the height of the pandemic as a frontline agent dedicated to helping people along their credit repair journey. After six months, she earned a spot on the QA team after working on the Renewals team. She then became an Assistant Team Lead in QA, Global Partner Liaison, and then the Calibration Coordinator. As a former teacher, one of the most rewarding parts of her job is being able to provide ongoing support in a learning environment for QA evaluators, global partners, team leads, and our frontline agents.
